Englefield Church of England Primary School

Our parish maintains a strong link to Englefield CE Primary School through our two foundation governors who promote the Christian ethos within the school, monitor the effectiveness of Collective Worship and Religious Education and maintain the links with our three churches.

Autumn 2020 Newsletter

Despite the distruption caused by COVID, children and staff at Englefield have been making sure that school life has continued as much as possible.

Year 6 children took to their bikes to learn how to ride safely and confidently in their Bikeability training .  Year 1 and 2 visited Englefield's 5 a Day Market Garden where they made bird feeders, wormeries and learned what is in compost by playing a worm game.  And the whole school came in in 'wacky wear' on Children in Need Day and raised money by selling Pudsey merchandise and home made cakes.

To find out more about what they've all been up to and their plans for Christmas have a read of their autumn newsletter.
